Explain the problem without sending the private records.
The enquiry form asks for a name, an email address, a subject and a description of the task. Faith Forge Labs uses those details to consider the request and continue the conversation with you. A fictional example is usually enough to explain the first development question.
Keep the first message proportionate
Do not include account credentials, payment information or identity documents. Replace customer names and other identifying details in examples. An interface problem can often be described without attaching the underlying customer file.
Information needed for agreed work
If a commissioned task requires access to personal information, discuss that requirement before providing access. The arrangement should identify the purpose, permitted users, service providers, storage and treatment of working copies. Remote work from the United States may involve overseas access; your organisation's responsible adviser should review the applicable requirements.
Exports, screenshots and test attachments deserve the same attention as a database. Decide who owns each working copy and what should happen to it after the task. Software development does not automatically settle retention obligations or your own customer privacy notices.
Measurement and enquiries about information
Google Analytics and Faith Forge Labs measurement tools help us understand website visits and interactions. Your browser settings can limit cookies or scripts. To ask about a previous enquiry, a correction or a deletion request, write to faithforgelabsllc@gmail.com. The response will consider the record involved and any applicable obligation to retain it.
For official South African information, consult the Information Regulator. This explanation concerns enquiries to this website. Your organisation needs its own decisions and notices for information handled through a commissioned system.
